By ordering tickets from our sites, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Make sure to print a copy for your future reference. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you won’t be able to purchase tickets from our site.

1. WHO WE ARE

1.1. The Festival Crowd Limited, trading as The Festival Crowd, operates numerous brands however your purchase for tickets is via us The Festival Crowd Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14488991, with our registered office at The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, England, MK9 1BP

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Our site is intended for use by residents of the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders from individuals outside the UK. Some restrictions may apply to specific countries.

3. YOUR ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that:
(a) You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
(b) You are at least 18 years old.

4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED

4.1. After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt, but this does not imply acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase tickets and is subject to acceptance by us.
4.2. We store the contract’s content and will email you the details of your order and our general terms. You can always find these terms on our site, and your recent order details in your customer login.

5. OUR ROLE

5.1. The legal contract is between you and us, subject to our terms and conditions. You should carefully review our terms, as they govern cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.
5.2. We may provide links to other company websites on our site, whether they are affiliated with us or not. We can’t guarantee the quality of tickets you purchase from third-party suppliers through our site. This disclaimer doesn’t affect your statutory rights against the third-party supplier.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. Tickets are for personal use only and should not be part of any business or commercial activity. Reselling tickets is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund.
6.2. It’s your responsibility to:

(a) Check your ticket details; mistakes may not always be corrected.
(b) Handle loss, theft, or damage to your tickets after dispatch.
(c) Confirm event status and rescheduled dates. We’ll inform you of cancellations once we receive notification.
(d) Arrive at the event on time; late admission is not guaranteed.
(e) Comply with relevant statutes, venue regulations, age restrictions, and safety announcements during events.

6.3. The venue or third-party supplier may refuse admission if it’s considered a risk to safety, the audience’s enjoyment, or the event’s operation. No refund will be provided in such cases.
6.4. Unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited at events.
6.5. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs), and personal food and drink may be prohibited.
6.6. We, the venue, and third-party suppliers are not responsible for personal property.
6.7. You consent to being filmed and/or recorded during events.

7. TICKET AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

7.1. For posted tickets, they will be delivered by the date specified in the Dispatch Confirmation, or within a reasonable time if no date is specified.
7.2. It’s your responsibility to order tickets well in advance, especially for events you’re traveling to.
7.3. In certain circumstances, we may make tickets available for collection at the venue immediately before the event.
7.4. Tickets may have restrictions on the maximum number per person, credit card, or household. We may cancel tickets purchased in excess of these limits.
7.5. eTickets are available for most events and require no delivery. To redeem eTickets, you need to attend the event with your payment debit/credit card as proof of ID.
7.6. If purchasing eTickets for a large group arriving at different times, purchase tickets separately.

8. RISK AND TITLE

8.1. Posted tickets are at your risk from dispatch.
8.2. eTickets are at your risk from the order confirmation.
8.3. Ownership of tickets passes to you upon full payment, including delivery charges where applicable.
8.4. Tickets sent by Royal Mail delivery are not insured. For non-replaceable tickets, contact Royal Mail customer services in case of non-delivery or loss.

9. PRICE AND PAYMENT

9.1. Ticket prices are as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious errors. We set ticket prices but may charge a Booking Fee per ticket and a Delivery/Handling Fee per order.
9.2. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, booking fees, and administration costs, which will be added to the total in your shopping basket.
9.3. Prices may change, but won’t affect existing orders.
9.4. If a ticket’s correct price is lower or higher than the stated price on our website, we’ll either charge the correct price or reject your order.
9.5. Payment must be by credit or debit card.
9.6. We reserve the right to cancel tickets due to overselling or venue requirements and will provide full refunds in such cases.

10. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

10.1. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled.
10.2. If an event is cancelled, you’ll be offered tickets for a rescheduled event or a refund of the face value of the tickets if you can’t attend the rescheduled event.
10.3. We may alter the event program without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
10.4. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically by The Festival Crowd.
10.5. For rescheduled events where you can’t attend, follow the automated email link to request a refund.
10.6. Refunds or Chargebacks are not permitted unless the event is cancelled or postponed – no exceptions.
10.7. Some fees are non-refundable, including Booking Fees, Handling/Postage fees, Charity Donations, and Ticket Refund Protection.
10.8. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser or credit card used for the purchase.
10.9. The Festival Crowd will issue refunds as per clause 10.2 if the ticket funds are held at the time of the refund.

11. OUR LIABILITY

11.1. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket if we break this contract.
11.2. This limitation doesn’t affect our liability for personal injury, fraud, or matters for which it’s illegal to exclude liability.

12. IMPORT DUTY

12.1. If you order tickets for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for these charges.
12.2. You must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

13. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

We primarily communicate electronically. You accept electronic communication for contracts, notices, and information. This does not affect your statutory rights.

14. NOTICES

All notices to us must be submitted through our support system. We’ll notify you through email or postal address provided at the time of order.

15. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The contract is binding on you, us, and our successors and assigns. You cannot transfer the contract without our written consent, but we can do so at any time.

16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

16.1. We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure Event).
16.2. A Force Majeure Event includes various circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16.3. Our obligations are suspended during a Force Majeure Event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

17. WAIVER

17.1. Our failure to insist on strict performance or exercise rights doesn’t constitute a waiver.
17.2. A waiver for one default does not waive future defaults.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any term or provision is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be severed from the remaining terms and conditions.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

19.1. These terms and conditions, along with referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede prior agreements.
19.2. We both acknowledge that no representations outside of these terms are considered.

20. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

20.1. We can revise and amend these terms and conditions to reflect various factors, and the revised terms will apply to new orders.

21. LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts are governed by English law, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

22. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

22.1. If you have a complaint that isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to our Customer Care Manager.
22.2. You can also write to us or call our customer service.
22.3. If you’re not satisfied, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
